Very fast approval process. Easy to communicate with and submit any documents they request. I found them to be helpful to me in my debt consolidation journey. Was not aware of the closing cost up front but I understand the cost of doing business. The APR is about the same as my credit cards but worth the consolidation process and not having to pay multiple bills each month.
