With a consumer credit card, it’s possible to get a no-interest period of almost two years long. Small business credit cards, on the other hand, don’t generally offer introductory APR periods as long as you’ll see on consumer cards. We’ve rounded up some of the best 0% intro APR business credit cards on the market — two offer intro APR periods on both purchases and balance transfers, while the rest offer an intro APR period for purchases only.
If you know your business is going to have to make a big purchase, or if you’d like to transfer debt from a high-interest credit card you already have, applying for a card offering 0% intro APR can be a smart way to get some breathing room. In this period, the entirety of your payments will go toward the principal of your debt, instead of the principal plus interest charges.
Enjoy a 0% Intro APR for 15 billing cycles on purchases with the U.S. Bank Business Triple Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard®. After the intro period, a 16.24% - 25.24% (variable) APR applies.
There’s also well over a year to pay off a transferred balance without accruing interest. You’ll get a 0% Intro on balance transfers for 15 billing cycles, after which a 16.24% - 25.24% (variable) APR applies. The balance transfer fee is either 3% of the amount of each transfer or $5 minimum, whichever is greater.
You’ve also got the opportunity to earn a valuable sign-up bonus: Limited Time Offer: Earn $500 in cash back. Just spend $4500 on the Account Owner's card in the first 150 days of opening your account.
On top of that, the rewards program offers ongoing value for spending in popular categories. Cardholders earn 3% cash back on eligible purchases at gas stations and EV charging stations, office supply stores, cell phone service providers and restaurants. 1% cash back on all other eligible net purchases. Earn 5% cash back on prepaid hotels and car rentals booked directly in the Travel Rewards Center. No limit on total cash back earned.
The U.S. Bank Business Triple Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard® has a $0 annual fee, though it does charge a 3% foreign transaction fee — so be sure to take a different card with you if business takes you abroad.
Whether you need to make a big purchase or transfer a balance, the U.S. Bank Business Triple Cash Rewards World Elite Mastercard® is our top pick. It offers more than a year of an intro APR, a valuable sign-up bonus and a rewards program that makes the card valuable even after the intro period ends. Just know that you won’t be able to transfer a balance from one U.S. Bank credit card to another.
If you think you’ll need a few more months to pay off your purchase or balance transfer than this card offers, consider the U.S. Bank Business Platinum Card instead, which we’ll examine below.

While consumer credit cards often come with 0% intro APR periods of anywhere from 12 to 21 months, business credit cards generally offer shorter intro periods — if they offer one at all. The cards we’ve selected as the best 0% intro APR business credit cards offer intro periods ranging from nine to 18 months long.
Many business credit cards offer 0% intro APR periods on purchases, but fewer offer 0% intro APR periods for balance transfers as well. If you’re looking to do a balance transfer, note that the U.S. Bank business credit cards on this list offer intro APRs on balance transfers as well as purchases.
After your 0% intro APR period ends, any balance left on the credit card will begin accruing interest at the regular APR. For this reason, it’s important to calculate how long you’ll need to pay off your purchase or transferred debt, and make sure the card you’re thinking of applying for has a long enough intro period to let you pay it off in full.
In selecting the best business credit cards with 0% intro APR periods, the first factor considered was how long an intro APR period each card offers. In addition, we weighed in favor of a card’s inclusion if the card offers an intro APR for both purchases and balance transfers, since many business cards just have an intro APR on purchases.
Factors such as sign-up bonuses and rewards programs were also considered. Most of the cards on this list earn rewards, which provides ongoing value for business owners after the intro APR period ends.
Finally, other features that might prove helpful were weighed in the selection process. For example, the Capital One Spark Cash Select - 0% Intro APR for 12 Months is available to applicants with good credit. This makes it more accessible than many other business credit cards, which generally require good to excellent credit.
